At Global Social Globe, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all related data.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account information: Email, display name, profile picture
  • Posted content: All posts, status updates, comments
  • Location data: Geographic information linked to content
  • Activity history: Usage logs, interactions
  • Technical data: Sessions, cache, cookies

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion in the following ways:

Method 1: Self-deletion in app

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Account Settings"
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion request

Method 2: Direct contact

Send email to: deletion@globy-voice.com with information:

  • Email used to register account
  • Display name on the app
  • Reason for account deletion (optional)

4. Processing Time

  • Immediate deactivation: Account will be deactivated immediately
  • Complete deletion: All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation when the process is complete

5. Data That May Be Retained

In some special cases, we may retain some data:

  • To comply with legal requirements
  • To resolve legal disputes
  • Data that has been anonymized for analytical purposes
  • Data necessary for system security

Note: This data will not be able to identify your identity.

6. Impact of Account Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently lost.

  • You will not be able to log in to the app
  • All posted content will disappear from the map
  • Data cannot be recovered after deletion
  • Need to create a new account if you want to use the service again

7. Complaint Rights

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data deletion request, you have the right to:

  • Complain to app management
  • Contact personal data protection authorities
  • Seek legal support if necessary
